This one day workshop will teach a beautiful meditation technique for healing and transformation in these turbulent times.

Heart Rhythm Meditation is an ancient method that synchronizes the rhythm of your breath with your heartbeat to create physical, emotional, and spiritual integrity.

We will be learning and practicing the basic principles of this meditation method during the workshop. We will also learn to work with sound during the meditation to energize our heart, heal emotional wounds and open the doorway to the Divine within.

This is an experiential workshop where you will be able to tap into the wonderful life giving energies of the Heart.
